Dondrell Swanson is the Founder and President of Swanson Insurance & Financial Services Inc., an Arizona-based affiliate of State Farm Insurance companies. With the support of the Swanson Team, Dondrell helps thousands of customers throughout Arizona protect the people and things that matter most.

Dondrell joined the State Farm family in 2005, and over the past 20 years, the Swanson Agency has consistently grown in policies, customer households, and success—qualifying as a multiple-time Chairman Circle level agency and a Senior Vice Presidents’ Club qualifier.

A native of Oakland, California, Dondrell attended Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude as the “Male Scholar of the Year.” He later earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Based on these experiences, we’ve built an agency that understands insurance isn’t just about paperwork—it’s about real people and the things that matter most in everyday life. The greatest part of my role is building lasting relationships with the people who make Phoenix such an exciting place to live.
