Dondrell Swanson is the Founder and President of Swanson Insurance & Financial Services Inc., an Arizona-based affiliate of State Farm Insurance companies.

Dondrell joined the State Farm family in 2005. Over the past 20 years, he and the Swanson Team have built an agency focused on developing long-term customer relationships and helping thousands of Arizona customers navigate their insurance needs.

Originally from Oakland, California, Dondrell attended Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning recognition as “Male Scholar of the Year.” He later earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

His education, experience, and years serving Arizona customers have helped shape an agency where the focus remains on listening, explaining options clearly, and providing support throughout life's milestones.
