Dondrell Swanson is the Founder and President of Swanson Insurance & Financial Services Inc., an Arizona-based affiliate of State Farm Insurance companies.

Dondrell began his State Farm career in 2005 and has spent more than 20 years helping Arizona customers navigate their insurance needs. Alongside the Swanson Team, he has built an agency focused on long-term relationships, responsive service, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Originally from Oakland, California, Dondrell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University, where he earned recognition as “Male Scholar of the Year.” He later received his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

His background in education, leadership, and insurance continues to shape the agency's commitment to helping customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
