"Brenda at Dondrell Swanson - State Farm helped untangle a claims nightmare that went on for over 3 months. This review isn't about the experience we had with getting correct payouts after a total loss experience - that's another story for another review - this is about the efficiency and helpfulness of Brenda. I emailed the agency and explained the frustrating experience we were having and Brenda got back to me immediately. She called and apologized for the poor customer service we had received from the claims department and within an hour she had gotten a claims manager on the phone with me and together they worked to get the final payoff to the leinholder on the way immediately. She then followed it through until she knew the check had been delivered and let me know. I am so grateful to have such terrific agents on my side. Brenda and Dondrell couldn't have been more helpful and I highly recommend the customer service I got from them."

"Dondrell is awesome. Super quick to respond and actually respected my choice of communication - email. He had an entire conversation with me over the span of a day through email to make sure my policy was set up exactly as I needed and answered all my questions. This was great as I cannot be on the phone all day because of work. He gave me the best prices available and made everything super easy. 100% would recommend"

Shauntel called me to wish me a happy birthday and it made my day, she was just lovely. Unbeknownst to her, she was the very first person to reach out to me that day and it meant a lot. I was taken back by the dedication and compassion of this team. It’s so rare now days to have company’s acknowledge the little things.
